Faith went over and beyond getting my house sold. When there were issues, she took care of them right away. She had my back the whole time. In this market you need a realtor that will hustle. You need a realtor that knows people. You need a realtor that knows the Treasure Valley like the back of her hand. We have been working with Faith for many years now. It took about 2 years to find the right spot and to land the right deal. We made 3 trips out here before we purchased and Faith was with us every step of the way. We ended up building a home and had many issues with the contracts and process from the builder. Faith worked on our behalf to sort through the madness. And it was straight madness. In the end we built an amazing home in an amazing neighborhood. Thanks Faith for all your hard work! Faith is great to work with and was instrumental in helping me find a great home. I began working with Faith months before I relocated to Idaho. While I was out of state Faith would drive by potential locations and either facetime with me or send me videos so I got a better sense of each home. Faith is always quick to respond to my inquiries and helped me to understand the current real estate market and what it would take to get an offer accepted. Once we found the home that was right for me, Faith went all out to communicate with my mortgage lender and the seller’s agent and had my offer accepted the same day the house went on the market. Faith and her team have kept me informed of the process for closing on my home and keep in contact to make sure nothing is missed.

I sold the home that I had lived in for over fifty years so that I could move to be near my daughter. There were very specific features that I wanted in a new home making the search more difficult and time consuming. Through it all, Faith was accommodating and patient.
